Hotel Silk Road Empire in Samarkand is truly one-of-a-kind, standing out on a global scale. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when visiting this enchanting city. The entire property is tastefully designed in a “Silk Road” theme, with hallways featuring gallery-like displays of artifacts worthy of a museum. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and uniquely decorated with various themes. We stayed in the “Alexander the Great” room, which was both luxurious and fascinating. Breakfasts were delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding staff. They took care of every detail, from assisting with transfers to providing city tips, all with warm smiles and genuine kindness. A highlight of our stay was the celebration of our daughter’s 6th birthday. The staff surprised her with a cake, candles, a heartfelt rendition of “Happy Birthday,” and a small gift. It was a touching and unforgettable moment for our family. This hotel deserves nothing less than a perfect 10/10. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Samarkand!

The resort's location was excellent, with lush green areas and beautiful views. The restaurants and spa facilities were outstanding as well. This allowed me to spend peaceful, relaxing vacation time with my family.

The staff especially Azim were very kind, professional and helpful. Recommended!

Amazing hotel staff were very accommodating giving us somewhere to store our bikes and then helping me when I had an issue with my bike.

The outdoor pool is very nice during the hot hours in the afternoon. The staff deserves praise, they are really extremely friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed at the historic room, which was fantastic. The Location was perfect, everything was within walking distance. The staff was very polite, helpful, especially Jack, who spokes excellent English. Overall, we had an amazing stay at Duston hotel.

I rate this property 11/10, the place is absolutely amazing. The whole stay was great! Owners are extremely kind, warm and helpful! The whole place and room are beautiful, clean, comfortable and well-equipped with big and comfy beds. The location is ideal - close to the monuments but at the same time very quiet and peaceful. The breakfasts are delicious, huge and very varied. An additional advantage was the option to use the laundry. I highly recommend! Thank you very much for the wonderful stay and hospitality.

The hotel is very new. The design is modern yet with local flair, and makes for a very attractive aesthetic overall. Room itself was large, clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond providing incredible personal service throughout my unfortunately short stay, setting up a wonderful breakfast spread. All staff involved were attentive, considerate and kind. Value for money is unmatched here. This hotel is a main attraction for my return to Bukhara.

I’m glad that my journey in Uzbekistan started here. After an overnight train ride, I arrived early in the morning, left my luggage at the hotel, and began exploring the old city. When I checked in during the afternoon, I was offered a beautiful room overlooking the courtyard. The staff were all very kind and patient—I really appreciate their efforts in making my stay comfortable. This place gave me a wonderful first impression of both Bukhara and Uzbekistan.
