Everything about this hotel was wonderful, but first and foremost - the staff were simply amazing. Kind, considerate, helpful, with a million touches big and small that made the experience memorable. I felt like an honored guest. When coupled with a great location, comfortable beds (with hard and soft options!), a great terrace, and a tour of the historic touches in the facilities, it really could not have gotten better. A big thanks to the wonderful team and I'm looking forward to connecting again on my next visit.

Amazing hotel staff were very accommodating giving us somewhere to store our bikes and then helping me when I had an issue with my bike.

Super helpful staff both reception and cleaning. It was my wife's birthday when we stayed there, informed them i wanted sth special and they did really good with a surprise!!! New hotel with good facilities, everything is new and not worn out. Bathroom is very comfortable, bed is comfortable for sleep. Really enjoyed the stay, Receptionists are always welcoming and search to help us

I really liked the hotel, especially the cat (blue kitten🐈) makes you stay comfortable and breakfast was absolutely delectable and appetizing. The staffs and hotel's owners were very helpfull and they are always ready to assist you ,there is terrace with beautiful (attractive) atmosphere!!! I'll visit again to Bukhara and I only want to stay in this hotel. Many thanks for everything

This was the most expensive hotel of our Uzbekistan trip, but it was worth every penny. Though rated 4 stars, it easily matches – and even exceeds – 5-star standards. Opened in April 2024, the hotel is brand new and impeccably managed by a highly professional team. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with care to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. We were warmly welcomed, with staff assisting promptly with luggage and check-in. Every team member – from reception to housekeeping – was exceptionally polite, friendly, and eager to assist. Our room was a perfect blend of cleanliness, spaciousness, and modern design, with charming Uzbek touches. It came fully equipped with all essentials and delightful extras, such as an aroma diffuser, which added a special touch. Overlooking a serene courtyard with a pool, the room was peaceful, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious mix of traditional Uzbek dishes and classic continental options. The variety and quality were outstanding. The spa was cosy and relaxing, with a hammam, Finnish sauna, and a small pool. Although we didn’t use it, there’s also a fitness centre available. The hotel’s location was excellent, serving as a convenient base for exploring the area. Special thanks to Firdaz (Fedya) for his help with our luggage and his excellent recommendations. Additionally, we appreciated the thoughtful Christmas and New Year gift we received at checkout. Highly recommended for a luxurious stay in Uzbekistan!

Extremely spacious room. It is very clean as well. The heated floor is a plus! The best thing about the hotel is the reception man Aziz. He took very good care of us during our stay in Bukhara, made sure we had enough water, saved breakfast for us when we woke up late, and helped us book train tickets too. Excellent Aziz! The room we were in was spacious and airy with a full bathroom, fridge and tea making facilities. The breakfast had a wide range of choices.

Owners were very nice and helpful. Hotel was new and clean. Very close to old city. We will definitely come back! We really enjoyed authentic style of hotel.

Very kind personnel; they called a doctor and translated for us when I felt sick.

1. Rooms: new, cosy, clean and very spacious. 2. Equipment: a lot of useful stuff is in the room like TV, cosmetics in bathroom (even toothbrush), hair dryer, fridge, tea kettle with tea and glasses. Due to couch and chairs you can comfortable sit. 3. Cleanliness: Great! Everything was clean. 4. Contact with host: Excellent! The contact is very fluently in English, hotel answers quickly by Booking 5. Parking: without any problem. There is a special place for car only for guest 6. Breakfast: Tasty and varied. 7. Localisation: easy to find
