The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very attentive to all details of our stay - the complementary fruit, wine and even the transfer to the airport on our day of departure. The hotel is a beautiful and well decorated Uzbek style house. The room is big and beds are indeed comfortable. The heating worked properly and shower was great. We had a varied and tasteful à la carte breakfast every day. The hotel owner picked us up at the train station and he has also helped with buying tickets and with currency exchange. Location could not be better: a couple minutes walking from the old town heart. In summary, the hotel offers a 5-star service to make it an unforgettable stay in Khiva. I strongly recommend Khiva Siyovush as a hotel.

Fantastic place with very attentive staff. It's simple but the staff takes care of you and the rooms are clean and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and it is just renovated. There is a rich breakfast and they have very flexible policies great for people that are here on business trips and don't have fixed timetables. They gave me an upgrade without me asking and the room was very spacious! The manager speaks fluent English and is very welcoming.
