The host is very friendly and helpful. He helped us a lot with everything. It's very close to the bus station so it was very comfortable to get there at night from the bus from Hanoi. If I get there again I will definitely choose this place again :)

stayed in the dorm room here and absolutely loved the calm and peaceful atmosphere. The place is surrounded by fresh air and greenery, which made my stay feel really relaxing — a perfect escape from the noise and rush of the city. The dorm itself was cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and soft lighting that made it easy to unwind. Each bed has its own curtain, so even in a shared room, you still have your own little private corner. The common area is also really nice, with plenty of space to sit, read, or just enjoy a cup of coffee in peace. The hosts were super kind and helpful, always making sure everyone felt at home. You can really tell they care about creating a warm, welcoming space for travelers

I was amazed to find such an authentic Japanese onsen experience in Hanoi. Everything from the architecture to the bathing process followed the Japanese tradition, which made me feel like I was back in Japan. The hot mineral water relieved all my body aches and helped me release stress. The atmosphere was quiet, and the guests respected the onsen etiquette, which made the whole experience even better. It’s definitely a place where both body and mind can heal.

Lovely location, local vibes, quaint design, great breakfast, friendly and helpful owner, couldn't be better for a visit to Hoi An, and being in an authentic area, not full of tourists but really close to it all.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and thoughtful, bringing us fresh fruit and fresh juices as a complimentary treat. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of choices — one of the best we’ve had in Vietnam. The room was brand new, spotless, and very comfortable. The hot shower worked perfectly, and the bed was super cozy, giving us great sleep every night. Everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained. We originally booked for a short stay but ended up extending our visit because we enjoyed it so much. We’ve stayed in many hotels during our time in Vietnam, and for the price, this was by far the best value we’ve found. Communication with the host was effortless thanks to Google Translate — they were always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend this place — we would happily stay again

My group stayed in five rooms, including kids, and everyone felt so comfortable. The shared space is cozy — we spent the day chatting and watching the rain together, and it was such a joy.

Everyone was nice and super helpful. Excellent spa and massage services.
