The couple - owner - is just cute and accomodating. They have lots of comics, toys, a dog and a cat running around, cute, active, may be cautious at first but just spend a few mins and they would be lovely to play with. The place is quite near the center, got bikes for rent, you can just communicate your needs and I think they will try to accomodate. Also located in the foothill, take a walk to the top for a broad view of the city, cool. Room is enough for 4 pp and clean. The view is amazing, plus no mosquitoes or sum. Considering the price as well, the stay is decent. Would recommend.

Clean and recently opened hotel, the room is spacious with new equipment. The team is very kind and helpful.

The owner and his sister were amazing: welcoming and helpful. They also had bikes to ride around the area which we took advantage of. I would highly recommend the boutique for longer stays, minimum 5 nights because the location is a little out of the way. They provided fresh fruit on arrival and later in the afternoon as well. Fresh, clean drinking water was always available. We were close to the beach and rode the bikes over. Easy to get to and really enjoyable to ride through the area.

The villa is tucked away in a quiet area but still close to the main attractions. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff are friendly and attentive. Truly a great find!

The views from the room across to the mountains were breathtaking. You're surrounded by greenery. It's a brand new property that's only been open for a couple of months, as such there were a few teething problems but nothing the incredibly helpful staff couldn't assist with. Ms Senna and Ms Marie helped organise everything from changing flights to arranging drivers to discovering the local towns. Towels luxurious, restaurant food exceptional and the setting stunning. We finished a perfect day with a foot massage from the lovely ladies in the spa.

The staff is very accomodating and friendly. The place is very accessible to tourist attractions in thw area. Will definitely recommend the place to friends and family 😍

One of the best hotels during our 5 week tour. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and of exceptional quality. Breakfast was abundant and beautifully presented. We took advantage of a special offer for the massage service, which was both affordable and excellent. The sauna was another highlight, providing a wonderfully relaxing experience.

The hotel staff were always available and eager to advise us on the best activities to do in Tam Coc. Thanks to their precise recommendations, I was able to fully enjoy the excursions and discover beautiful places I wouldn’t have found on my own.

Outstanding hotel at the lowest cost ! Spacious room wardrobe, balcony, hot water, a/c , great view. Lovely garden with Koi carp in a large pool. Staff very sweet. All thus for £9 it beat many of the much pricier places we have stayed at . Everywhere was so clean.
