The homestay run by a great local family. A warm welcoming from the begining to the end which is the most to make me feel like home away from home. They have mostly serivices here such as family dinner, laundy, renting bike and Ha Giang Loop tours. Highly recommend this homestay to everyone. 100/100 starts.

The couple - owner - is just cute and accomodating. They have lots of comics, toys, a dog and a cat running around, cute, active, may be cautious at first but just spend a few mins and they would be lovely to play with. The place is quite near the center, got bikes for rent, you can just communicate your needs and I think they will try to accomodate. Also located in the foothill, take a walk to the top for a broad view of the city, cool. Room is enough for 4 pp and clean. The view is amazing, plus no mosquitoes or sum. Considering the price as well, the stay is decent. Would recommend.

Everything!!! Best location in Hanoi. Unbeatable price/quality ratio. Brand new rooms and elegant decoration. Afternoon tea and delicious varied breakfast. Above all, the wonderful, kindest and most helpful staff ever!! A very special mention for Ms. Lily who went beyond all expectations. Ms. Lily helped us to organize our trip and book tours and transportation even before we started traveling. I have never seen such an excellent and caring service and support. She made our trip very special and unforgettable. Moreover, we really appreciated the special decoration in our room and upgrade for our anniversary celebration. I recommend this hotel 100% and will not hesitate to come back.

Outstanding hotel at the lowest cost ! Spacious room wardrobe, balcony, hot water, a/c , great view. Lovely garden with Koi carp in a large pool. Staff very sweet. All thus for £9 it beat many of the much pricier places we have stayed at . Everywhere was so clean.

We absolutely loved our stay. The property and view is stunning, the rooms are spotless and the staff are some of the warmest, most welcoming people we’ve met. It was truly the best place we stayed in Ninh Binh. Thank you for making our time here unforgettable!

Nice and quiet, Will goes the extra mile even meeting me a 4:30 am to let me exit and give me a breakfast bag when I did a ‘border run’ to extend my visa. Breakfast is great. Beach and ancient town close by but bike or taxi. Some excellent restaurants within walking distance.

I arrived in the late afternoon and was assisted with quick check-in. The room was spacious enough and had a desk for me to prepare documents. It was also easy to call an airport taxi from the homestay.

Lyin and Tom are so helpful, warm and jenerouse. We enjoied everything. Free excellent bikes for a day ride, good sujjestions and discounts.

A very new and clean hotel, 2.5km from ancient town, staffs are excellent can help anytime any requirement, stisfy breackfast all are excellent
