Perfect location,delicious breakfast,nice staff

Lovely location, local vibes, quaint design, great breakfast, friendly and helpful owner, couldn't be better for a visit to Hoi An, and being in an authentic area, not full of tourists but really close to it all.

The property was very modern and had a pool on the roof, they are currently preparing for their grand opening but I would happily stay again. Host were very friendly and bent over backwards to assist with anything we needed. They could not be faulted.

Anna and her crew were amazing and did everything they could to make you feel home. Even though we had a lot of rain it was very nice to stay here as the rooms were wonderful and the view great. The breakfast is also very nice as you get to pick what you want and get some great fresh food along with it.

The hotel staff were always available and eager to advise us on the best activities to do in Tam Coc. Thanks to their precise recommendations, I was able to fully enjoy the excursions and discover beautiful places I wouldn’t have found on my own.

The staff are so lovely and helpful. Really made the stay all the more enjoyable.

We love this hotel so much we had to come back a second time. The location of the hotel is excellent, near the rice fields with a lot of cafes nearby but also 10 minutes away from the old town. The facilities are great, the breakfast is delicious and the spa is excellent. The cleanest hotel we have been to. The rooftop is excellent with a nice pool. The staff are so kind!

I was so impressed with how spotlessly clean the room was. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The modern facilities and amenities were also a huge plus. The room was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. What truly made my experience exceptional was the friendly and welcoming staff. They were always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel right at home.

Outstanding hotel at the lowest cost ! Spacious room wardrobe, balcony, hot water, a/c , great view. Lovely garden with Koi carp in a large pool. Staff very sweet. All thus for £9 it beat many of the much pricier places we have stayed at . Everywhere was so clean.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel provided bikes which we used to explore the area. One highlight was sitting outside every morning to eat our breakfast while watching the boats on the river. We also enjoyed riding into "town" in the evenings on the free boat provided by the hotel.

Pleasant location. Friendly owners/staff. Instant hot water heater.

Close to beaches but set back from main area. Staff were lovely and kind. Very welcoming.
