The couple - owner - is just cute and accomodating. They have lots of comics, toys, a dog and a cat running around, cute, active, may be cautious at first but just spend a few mins and they would be lovely to play with. The place is quite near the center, got bikes for rent, you can just communicate your needs and I think they will try to accomodate. Also located in the foothill, take a walk to the top for a broad view of the city, cool. Room is enough for 4 pp and clean. The view is amazing, plus no mosquitoes or sum. Considering the price as well, the stay is decent. Would recommend.

The hotel really takes care of the guests needs. From the moment of arrival till the time when you have to leave the hotel. The hotel has a fantastic team with Mr Cuong ensuring everything is taken care of. Miss Lilly is fantastic in the customer service role with good support all round. The food was wonderful, with breakfast being a sumptuous buffet supplemented with an a la carte menu. The afternoon teas being an unexpected extra.

The property was very modern and had a pool on the roof, they are currently preparing for their grand opening but I would happily stay again. Host were very friendly and bent over backwards to assist with anything we needed. They could not be faulted.

We had an amazing stay here! Beautiful peaceful location, very well designed rooms, comfy beds, and Mr Will was an amazing host! So helpful and friendly and really made us feel at home. The dogs were adorable. The bikes were very convenient to use and worked well. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved staying at Tam Coc Horizon Retreat. It is a beautiful oasis of peace run by the sweetest vietnamese family, set in an amazing location with a splendid view on nature and very new apartments with high quality services. Here we found peace, amazing landscapes, deep care and attention to the detail. Anna and Tony will make you feel instantly at home! The restaurant is very good too, it has a great selection of fresh fruit and typical food, we appreciated very much the wide choice of breakfast. We will defitinitely come back here again and we suggest to choose this amazing structure, it is a unique pearl in Tam Coc.

The staff were really friendly and helped us with laundry, scooters, and onward transport. Very beautiful and scenic location made more relaxing by how helpful the staff were.

Everyting was perfectly, only swimming pool repairing noised little. But, now its exellent to spent time. Thx Dung, Thuy and other kindly people. :)

The hotel is beautiful and new. The service here is excellent. The staff is welcoming and helpful es Ame and Kathy.

Loved the balcony — watching the sunrise over Ha Long Bay was incredibly peaceful and relaxing.

Outstanding hotel at the lowest cost ! Spacious room wardrobe, balcony, hot water, a/c , great view. Lovely garden with Koi carp in a large pool. Staff very sweet. All thus for £9 it beat many of the much pricier places we have stayed at . Everywhere was so clean.

The staff were excellent. Very comfortable room with a great rang of options for breakfast each morning. The hotel also has free bicycles you can borrow, which was great as the old town is a 10 min cycle down the river and the beach about 30 mins away - great to get there and to see the city. The hotel also has a nice pool and gym. I didn't eat at the restaurant for lunch or dinner, or try the in hotel spa but these options are also available. A hotel which really has it all!
