The couple - owner - is just cute and accomodating. They have lots of comics, toys, a dog and a cat running around, cute, active, may be cautious at first but just spend a few mins and they would be lovely to play with. The place is quite near the center, got bikes for rent, you can just communicate your needs and I think they will try to accomodate. Also located in the foothill, take a walk to the top for a broad view of the city, cool. Room is enough for 4 pp and clean. The view is amazing, plus no mosquitoes or sum. Considering the price as well, the stay is decent. Would recommend.

We are really love the service mind of the staff here. They are very welcoming us and providing useful and helpful information about everything that you want to know. (Money Exchange, Souvenir shop with reasonable price, attractive place for your visiting, etc.)

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Kevin was very nice and takes care of the guests very well.

Everything was spectacular. The facilities, room, location and staff were brilliant. They have done an exceptional job creating a beautiful holiday experience, we hope to come back one day.

I was glad I found this Boutique Hotel, rooms are very clean. The Bed is very comfortable and the Pillows are great . I book for 1 day and attend for another 9 days . Will and his sister Lee , doing a great job with everything and they give you great recommendation, in whatever you need . Can recommend and will come back here again .

Outstanding hotel at the lowest cost ! Spacious room wardrobe, balcony, hot water, a/c , great view. Lovely garden with Koi carp in a large pool. Staff very sweet. All thus for £9 it beat many of the much pricier places we have stayed at . Everywhere was so clean.

Great service, tasty breakfast with lots of choice. Spa area is a must try, we had programme for couples, which was amazing.

Silk Riverside Hoi An is a great hotel. The accommodation is new, well-organized, and especially clean and beautiful. The breakfast is very good and varied, and the restaurant is open until the evening. The staff is all very helpful and friendly, whether it's at the reception, breakfast, restaurant, or cleaning. You feel like you're in a group of good friends. This hotel can only be rated 10.

This quaint little homestay is wonderful. I arrived soaking wet after leaving DaNang in the pouring rain. I was greeted with a smile and a warm shower. Then just then arranged my dinner and we spent the evening enjoying food and drinks.

Although we only stayed one night, I was impressed by the spacious rooms, new furniture, and attentive service. Navilla is definitely a place worth returning to every time I visit Hue.
