The host is very friendly and helpful. He helped us a lot with everything. It's very close to the bus station so it was very comfortable to get there at night from the bus from Hanoi. If I get there again I will definitely choose this place again :)

This hotel has recently opened but it has amazing services. Besides the beautiful riverside views, the local staff and quality facilities made this stay unforgetable. Also, they organize for you the Ha Giang loop at a great price. Definitely recommended.

The couple - owner - is just cute and accomodating. They have lots of comics, toys, a dog and a cat running around, cute, active, may be cautious at first but just spend a few mins and they would be lovely to play with. The place is quite near the center, got bikes for rent, you can just communicate your needs and I think they will try to accomodate. Also located in the foothill, take a walk to the top for a broad view of the city, cool. Room is enough for 4 pp and clean. The view is amazing, plus no mosquitoes or sum. Considering the price as well, the stay is decent. Would recommend.

My room and the facilities were very nice, the hotel is beautiful. I was given my preferred room with the lake view. No noise disturbance from my room. The staff is so attentive and very willing to help every time. Big thumbs up to Mrs Lily, she was in constant communication with me even before I arrived Vietnam, she also helped recommend tours to ensure I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was very delicious with great variety. Infact, every staff I encountered was very courteous and willing to help in anyway to make my stay stress free and enjoyable. I would totally come back here on my next visit to Hanoi and recommend for others to stay.

I was glad I found this Boutique Hotel, rooms are very clean. The Bed is very comfortable and the Pillows are great . I book for 1 day and attend for another 9 days . Will and his sister Lee , doing a great job with everything and they give you great recommendation, in whatever you need . Can recommend and will come back here again .

Everything was spectacular. The facilities, room, location and staff were brilliant. They have done an exceptional job creating a beautiful holiday experience, we hope to come back one day.

Outstanding hotel at the lowest cost ! Spacious room wardrobe, balcony, hot water, a/c , great view. Lovely garden with Koi carp in a large pool. Staff very sweet. All thus for £9 it beat many of the much pricier places we have stayed at . Everywhere was so clean.

The hotel is wonderful! It is brand new and has very classy decor. It has two very good swimming pools and the service in the dining room is delicious (breakfast with many good options). I also enjoyed the gym to work out and the sauna and Turkish bath to relax. But what I liked most was the availability and friendliness of the staff, especially Nancy, who was always very kind, attentive and helped me a lot. Thank you very much 🙏🏼

Ms. Dzung was absolutely great. With a nice welcome and suggestioms for places to visit.

This quaint little homestay is wonderful. I arrived soaking wet after leaving DaNang in the pouring rain. I was greeted with a smile and a warm shower. Then just then arranged my dinner and we spent the evening enjoying food and drinks.
