The homestay run by a great local family. A warm welcoming from the begining to the end which is the most to make me feel like home away from home. They have mostly serivices here such as family dinner, laundy, renting bike and Ha Giang Loop tours. Highly recommend this homestay to everyone. 100/100 starts.

This hotel has recently opened but it has amazing services. Besides the beautiful riverside views, the local staff and quality facilities made this stay unforgetable. Also, they organize for you the Ha Giang loop at a great price. Definitely recommended.

The couple - owner - is just cute and accomodating. They have lots of comics, toys, a dog and a cat running around, cute, active, may be cautious at first but just spend a few mins and they would be lovely to play with. The place is quite near the center, got bikes for rent, you can just communicate your needs and I think they will try to accomodate. Also located in the foothill, take a walk to the top for a broad view of the city, cool. Room is enough for 4 pp and clean. The view is amazing, plus no mosquitoes or sum. Considering the price as well, the stay is decent. Would recommend.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the location was absolutely perfect!

If you want to relax and have the staff of the hotel plan everything for you even before you realize you wanted it, this is a place for you. Kevin really organized everything, from the pickup from the airport, to the excursions during our stay, and finally got us a transfer from here to our next accommodation in Hue. The location is great, we went on foot to the old town in 10min and we took the bikes for free to go to the beach (which we really recommend). The hotel itself is nice, a little less grand than in the pictures.

The owner and his sister were amazing: welcoming and helpful. They also had bikes to ride around the area which we took advantage of. I would highly recommend the boutique for longer stays, minimum 5 nights because the location is a little out of the way. They provided fresh fruit on arrival and later in the afternoon as well. Fresh, clean drinking water was always available. We were close to the beach and rode the bikes over. Easy to get to and really enjoyable to ride through the area.

Facilities are new, good bed and good shower with hot water! also very clean. Host was amazingly kind and brought us free fruits and drinks all the time:) breakfast was also very tasty with many options.

There are no words to describe the appreciation and joy my partner and I felt over the past five days. We arrived to a place with breathtaking views, spacious rooms, and a fun pool — but more importantly, a warm, family-like team who truly made us feel at home. Every day we were welcomed with smiles; breakfast was delicious and varied from a menu; each evening we returned to a rose-water foot bath; whenever we came back from an outing, we were greeted with fresh fruit juice; they arranged bikes for us to explore the area; and when our onward bus got canceled, they immediately found us a solution. A small tip: everyone we met at the hotel (including us) ended up extending their stay because it’s so hard to leave. So you might want to book a couple of extra nights from the start.

The whole experience was amazing, starting with the airport pick-up service and the unique design of the hotel with a friendly team in all the areas. I will definitely recommend it

Outstanding hotel at the lowest cost ! Spacious room wardrobe, balcony, hot water, a/c , great view. Lovely garden with Koi carp in a large pool. Staff very sweet. All thus for £9 it beat many of the much pricier places we have stayed at . Everywhere was so clean.
