Excelente place to stay. Very beautiful environment. Extremely kind and helpful host. Nearby there are shops and restaurants. We booked a ha giang loop motorbike trip with them. It was a well prepared tour with delicious food and amazing drivers. 100% recommended.

This hotel has recently opened but it has amazing services. Besides the beautiful riverside views, the local staff and quality facilities made this stay unforgetable. Also, they organize for you the Ha Giang loop at a great price. Definitely recommended.

Location formidable, next to the lake and it has lake view on the restaurant floor and the rooftop. Very newly opened (4 months) so everything fresh and the design is nice with care. Room very clean and the bed is huge, the biggest I ever had in Vietnam. Breakfast with many choices and the afternoon tea is lovely too. I stayed only for one night but the staff did their best to make me feel this is an unforgettable stay. In Hanoi there are quite many hotels that compete with each other and sometimes you read ratings that are not authentic. I stayed at another hotel before this one, which cost me the same and the reviews there is also good, even with similar hotel name but this one is way better, the other one was under construction and the facilities were way less than Le Premier. So I decided to leave this comment to help.

I'm a tough critic but I have zero complaints. The place is immaculate, the location is perfect for exploring, and the value is unbelievable. A true find.

Stayed for 2 days and it was perfect, the room really clean, shower/bathtub really hot, bed really really comfy and the staff were amazing. Always providing free hot tea whenever we returned and always asking if we needed anything, 10/10

Visiting this onsen was the highlight of my weekend in Hanoi. The interior design perfectly captures the beauty of traditional Japanese culture, with wooden tubs, natural stone, and calming music. I tried both the indoor bath and the outdoor one, and each had its own charm – the outdoor bath at night was especially magical. After the session, I noticed my skin felt smoother, and I was completely relaxed. It’s not just a spa treatment, but a true cultural journey.

The host was very helpful. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The room looks as good as the picture.

We had a wonderful stay! It’s a ten minutes bike ride to reach the beach or the city across the beautiful rice fields. They are free bikes available. The host was really kind and provided helpful information and helped us arrange our next transport. Clean and comfortable room! The breakfast was also very good!

Facilities are new, good bed and good shower with hot water! also very clean. Host was amazingly kind and brought us free fruits and drinks all the time:) breakfast was also very tasty with many options.

One of the most impressive aspects of this hotel is the incredible value for money it offers. The quality of service, amenities, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. What sets this place apart is their attention to detail. They were always there to assist with any request or question, making sure our stay was flawless. Staying at this hotel truly felt like a home away from home. We can't wait to return, and we wholeheartedly give it a well-deserved 5-star rating.
