Big comfortable fale with 2 beds and a fan. Perfect for a one night or 2 night stay. Breakfast was small but good enough. Staff were super friendly and there was no issues checking in very late at night.

Welcomed and helped with luggage,very friendly staff, the open area for meals, bar and pool was very comfortable ,we had a quiet room, the air conditioning was on when we arrived excellent all round

My recent stay at Tanoa Tusitala hotel in Apia exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. Service and Space was awesome. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Basic facilities but no problem as it all catered for our stay.

Loved the location and absolutely loved the staff. Was such a comfy sleep especially when I hadn’t slept for days lol. Loved my stay and would be back !!

The service was friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was great. Our family room was large, clean and comfortable.

Room service whenever needed, just needed to hang sign on door if you wanted it or not. Friendly staff members who stops to chat with you. Security guard on site, and he is really friendly. He would ask if we needed help with any luggage daily, because we will leave in the morning and. One back late at night, just to shower and sleep. Location is right across from the market and in between 2 main big supermarkets. So you can pop out to get essentials or food.

The family room, the pool and the complimentary breakfast and how close it was to family and Apia city. The staff were very nice and patient at checkin. Despite it being half a medical centre and a hotel it was wonderful. I would definitely come back again! Since being in Samoa since the 09th have had issues with all of our accomodations. In the hopes of Alec's Hotel being our last accommodation before we departed, it was nice to finally feel that my expectations were met. Also thank you to Camilo for helping me get a bigger room for my family as I had originally booked a 3 bed room and for allowing me to take my kids early this morning to have a quick swim before leaving.
