Brand new and excellent service. When we left the hotel early morning they prepared a lunchbox for us. They advised us the activity plan properly. Anyway Excellent

From the moment I was picked up at the airport, my stay here was exceptional. I felt genuinely welcomed by everyone — the receptionist, the staff, the waiters, and even the chef, who personally made sure I was happy with my meals. The waiters were always attentive. All the staff had great local recommendations. Meeting the owners in person made the experience even more special. Their warm hospitality created an atmosphere that made me feel like home. It’s a place I will be coming back to. I can’t recommend it enough!

Excellent location, service and hospitality.

Elegant lodge, with air-conditioned generous rooms Staff very attentive and adaptable, ensuring vegan as well as vegetarian options. Amazing breakfasts, served in poolside dining toom overlooking the garden.. extended,access to coffee,and tea. Access to a wide-screen TV for sports viewing if wanted (we didn't) Staff happy to arrange activities, taxis, and advise about alternative dinner options when their kitchen closed for the evening to allow their staff to celebrate Christmas evening with their families. We will happily return.

The staff is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The lodge boasts stunning panoramic views of the Zambezi National Park and its watering hole. Watching animals gather for drinks at sunset from the viewing deck is a truly magical experience.

Very nice and big rooms with everything you would expect and more. I particularly liked the Nespresso machine and the free minibar. Spectacular views from the restaurant's / lodges deck, also the complimentary sundowner is a plus and so is the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This place exceeded my expectations, would definitely stay there again.

A beautifully designed property with amazing staff, service and vibe. I traveled as a solo female adventurist and could not have felt more comfortable and safe here. The staff was very helpful, kind and patient in planning my tours and excursions. My ID was unknowingly left behind in a cushion. They found it and helped me to get it back with more ease than my resident country could through DHL. This is where we stay if we return to Victoria Falls!

Location is perfect, this is a nature lover’s delight. Staff are very professional and friendly. Breakfast is great. Stayed in the safari suites and the quality is exceptional. Definitely recommend.
