The location was amazing and the gentleman who helped us check in was a very nice guy! Free parking around the building and all facilities close by.

What a great hotel in the middle of Malmedy. Vincent, Mathieu and the rest of the team were all so lovely and helpful. They catered to our every request and we could not have been happier. They made our stay here truly magical. If you are staying here for the Belgian GP, the hotel has a shuttle service that is absolutely perfect for going to and from the Grand Prix. The breakfast and the food at the restaurant is amazing, and the room had everything we needed. We will definitely be back, thank you!

The overall welcome was spot on. The patron was knowledgeable and welcoming sharing with us aspects of the house, locality and wider area. The room was just what was needed for us and was well provisioned. The breakfasts were the best with a huge choice of continental breakfast items. The host was attentive and provided the little extras such as towels for the Spa. It was a great place to stay for a few days.

Fantastic historical building with a beautiful large garden. The hosts are very friendly and have an eye for detail The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious and offered great variation, especially the chocolate rolls are very good!
