Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast! Overall definitely a hotel that I can recommend and where I would stay again :) The hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from Brussels Nord and tram and metro stations are about 3 minutes away.

The hotel welcomes you in an elegant and modern lobby where you can check in at a digital kiosk in less than a minute. Drivers can park their car in the outdoor secured parking for a fee.

This was such a lovely stay! The room exceeded my expectations; I like a setup where the hotel room is not just a big cube but has its "zones". There was a foyer area with a space to hang coats and leave shoes, and the bathroom and separate (!!!) toilet opened to this space. Then a 2 step "corridor" led to the spacious room. The bed was super comfortable, and the sheets clean and crispy; I understand now why other reviewers used the word "luxurious"! The staff was very welcoming, kind, and attentive. I already recommended this hotel to 2 friends. Thank you for the nice welcome, and hope to be back!
