We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel RJ Santos hotel. Without exception all of the staff made us feel very welcome. We don’t speak Portuguese but everyone made a great effort to either speak English to us or to understand what we wanted. We had breakfast and our evening meals at the hotel every day and both were exceptional. The food was delicious and great value for money. Our room was spotlessly clean. If we go to Rio de Janeiro again we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel.

we loved to stay in this beautiful place it has beautiful scenery, with both view of the whole city and the garden, the garden is eqiupped with a jacuzzi, pool table and lounge, the room was clean and modern, the view from balcony was amazing, we also enjoyed a lovely breakfast, it is a couple of minutes walk to the pretty square in santa teresa

Everything was great! The staff were really lovely and friendly! They have organised events as well which makes it really great especially if you’re travelling by yourself! would definitely go back there again!
