Where do I begin?? 🥰🧿 The two partners - Connie & Gosia are the most warm, beautiful, charming and generous hostesses. The hotel itself is so special with spacious bedrooms with some having gorgeous lake side views. I highly recommend staying in-house for dinner to enjoy Chef Gosia’s DIVINE 3-course meal. She made a special vegetarian meal for us which is the BEST vegetarian food we’ve had in Switzerland. Chef Gosia also made special arrangements for our breakfast which was all so beautifully presented. Roger who works in the restaurant was so kind and professional as was the lovely young lady who took care of us as breakfast. Thank you so much for the most incredible stay - we will return for a longer stay in the summer 🙏🏽♥️

Excellent hotel Quiet, large, cozy room with good Wifi, key safe and minibar. Very comfortable bed, slept very well. Attentive, friendly staff. Every night they made me a complimentary decaf coffee that came with biscuits. Delicious breakfast with six types of cheese, wonderful bread, salmon, yogurt, cold cuts, etc. Excellent location close to attractions, restaurants, supermarkets and train station. Thanks to the whole team for the great stay.

The Hofgarten Hotel Luzern is situated on the edge of the historic old town, in a central but quiet location near the lake.

The room was really nice and had everything I needed. The shower was good and the bed comfortable. Free (non alcoholic) drinks from the mini bar, really nice! Also got voucher for drink for saying no to cleaning one day and also a drink since I was staying for some days. Loved that! The staff was wonderful. Everything was well explained when I got there and you got bus ticket to travel around the city. The location was good, short distance from train station. Also, breakfast was really good. Would definately stay there again.
