The staff were so friendly and helpful! The location, right in the heart of the old town, was great. The hotel was very nice. We stayed two nights and were really happy with our experience.

location was perfect for what we needed. Host was friendly and helpful and responsive. Kitchen had everything we needed and the unit was tidy and comfortable. very nice to have a parking spot as well!

Clean modern spacious rooms. Very friendly staff who were very helpful and accommodating. Close location to Europa Park - easy walk. Nice restaurant and breakfast.

This was my fifth time staying here and has become part of my Europa Park routine. Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, super friendly staff. Happy to look after my suitcase all day so I could visit theme park and checked in at night time. Short, flat walk from Europa Park. Drink and snacks vending machine and free tea and coffee all day and night.
