it's a amazing experience to live inside a historic building and they have the most magnificent sea views when you have fabulous breakfast on the roof!!! and staff here can speak fluency english which makes you feel safe,which if you have any requirement they can understand and help you; we would like to thank Mayar/Reem/Ahmed N. they arranged a very beautiful sea view room for us that can observer the Qaitbay fort and also the very nice police officer Ibrahim,he helped us communicate with Uber driver which really give us the sense of safety! really love this hotel!

I first stayed here in 2011 and like it even better now. Staff are amazing, giving some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The hotel building is one of the reasons I stay as I love the classic design. A recent refurbishment has made it even better. Breakfast has everything you could want. The hot location is excellent too and within walking distance of the nicest part of the Corniche.
