Lovely modern hotel. We dragged ourselves in from the Camino, sopping wet. We really appreciated a day of relaxing in a bright, comfortable, spacious room, with a bath and shower, crisp sheets and a comfortable bed. The hotel is in an older building, but it has been fully renovated inside. The staff are friendly and helpful. We are so happy that we treated ourselves to a couple of nights in this wonderful hotel.

This charming hotel is located in Santiago de Compostela’s old town, next to Plaza de Abastos Market and 300 metres from the cathedral. It has a garden with views of Belvís Convent.

Great location right on the edge of old town, so it's easy to explore further into old town and the cathedral but also easy to access the rest of the city. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the little balcony was beautiful. The street can get noisy, but the doors have great soundproofing so the room is very quiet.

Pazo de Altamira is a small design hotel, set in a historic building in Plaza de Abastos Square.
