フランス語は全くわからないのですが、スタッフの方たちは皆さんとても感じ良く接してくれ、自国と変わらない感覚でした、 tgvの鉄道設備の放火をテレビニュースで知り、翌々日ナント発パリ行きのチケットを見せると酷い被害で電車は止まっており駅に行って係に確認するようアドバイスされ、事情もわかり当日も安心して利用できました。また少し怪我をした際も親身になって相談に乗ってもらいすっかり綺麗に治り有難かったです。朝食はシンプルですが清潔な雰囲気もあり、気持ち良い1日がスタートできました。
