I booked this hotel as a surprise for my mum's 60th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to ensure she and my dad had a memorable stay. We had a room connected to another room by a door and we could hear everything that they were talking. Staff were happy to change us the room for one a lot better and quiet.

We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade upon checking in. The room was clean, staff was friendly and approachable. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel was wonderful too.
