We had a room connected to another room by a door and we could hear everything that they were talking. Staff were happy to change us the room for one a lot better and quiet.

I booked this hotel as a surprise for my mum's 60th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to ensure she and my dad had a memorable stay. She hasn't stopped raving about the exceptional service they received during their stay. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade them to the Palatial Suite and they were absolutely thrilled!!
