Great facilities, staff were nice

The view from the rooms is so good that by itself the hotel is worth it. It's just such an unassumingly stunning view. Fully facing the sea, you can see Turkey, you can see the boats come and go...it's perfect. Not sure if all rooms have a view like the one I had, but if so, it's a 10/10 view. Add to it a very kind staff - especially the night manager, who helped me when the room next door sounded absolutely haunted. He entertained my weird story about hearing strangled elephant noises from the other room, even came upstairs with me and explained that it might just be a Greek elderly because his uncle sounded the same. He tried to find me a different room since they had some space, helped me move, and reshuffled a couple of bookings so I wouldn't have to move again. I'm sure it wasn't a great deal of work (super low season, many free rooms), but these little things really set a "normal" hotel stay from a great one. The breakfast selection was also very good, the facilities are fine, clean, and comfortable. No complaints and would recommend.

I can't say enough about the incredible experience I had. The hotel itself is elegantly and stylishly decorated, with a modern touch that adds to its overall charm. The spa was an absolute highlight—truly a sanctuary of relaxation with top-notch facilities that left me feeling rejuvenated. The spa team was incredibly welcoming and made me feel so special, providing a holistic spa treatment that included a massage, body scrub, and facial—it was an unforgettable experience. The pool area was equally impressive, with super comfortable lounge areas perfect for relaxing. Watching the breathtaking sunsets from the lounge chairs on the terrace was a magical experience I won't soon forget. The beach area was also stunning, with a beautiful aesthetic that reminded me of the Hamptons—chic, serene, and simply picturesque. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented with absolutely everything one could ask for, making my morning a delightful start to the day. The attention to detail at this hotel was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a thoughtful, handwritten welcome note in my room, along with a gift of local olive oil, which was a lovely touch. The staff took the time to show me around and explain everything thoroughly, making sure I felt completely at home. A special thanks to the Sarah, Kostas, Eleni and Olympia who went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Their warm hospitality and helpfulness were extraordinary! All in all, this hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay on Kos.

We stayed in Superior Double Room. The hotel is so clean, the decoration is so pleasant, olive trees are great .The cosmetics at the bathroom were good. The staff is friendly & helpfull. The breakfast was so delicious . We prefered salad & pizza at lunch time, they were also so delicious. The hotel is close to Kos center. We went to taverns for dinner by taxi. This hotel has everything you need for perfect and relaxed vacation. We got upgrade to executive room with beautiful view and it really enhanced our stay - next time we would definitely book that room type. Pools are amazing, food is good, staff is very kind and polite, we felt very welcomed. If you have small children, there are two great playgrounds in this resort, our little girl really enjoyed. Hotel also has nice, mostly sandy beach, so you actually don't have to even leave the resort during your stay if you don't want to.
