The staff were very welcoming and check in easy and quick. New modern hotel and room, bathroom and kingsize bed were excellent. Room temperature perfect. Wonderful and great breakfast, will definitely stay there again.

I've stayed at this hotel before - it's always good value for money. The property is getting a bit old but it is generally well maintained, clean and tidy and the staff are always helpful. Handy to the metro for getting around. All round a happy experience and will be happy to stay again next time.

Splendid stay in beautiful palace. Amazing atmosphere, excellent breakfast. Fantastic staff on the reception, especially a guy who speaks polish, service top class! Totally recommended and be back for sure!!!

Super friendly hosts! Very nice hotel, room, breakfast and dinner! Had to leave very early and they volunteerd to prepare a breakfast bag to go.
