Nicely designed room and kitchen. Normal size shower. Lovely space outside with a table and chairs. I also liked the pool with a waterfall. Convenient location for visiting Ferrari museum.

They are awesome. The room is beautiful, the bed super comfortable, I could make my own coffee, didn't need to drag the bottles of water from shop. Breakfast is served in room, everything super clean, the owner is nice and kind, what else to say? Will try to rebook whenever going back to Modena.

Received a sweet upgrade, spacious room, and spotless. Everything you could wish for! Loved the breakfast with plenty of options to choose from.
