The property itself initially appeared somewhat understated. Once we were installed, we were delighted with the hotel itself. What made the holiday however was the hotel staff - they were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast every morning was also a delight. Pool was great and beautiful private beach.

The staff were truly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Even though the restaurant had already closed for dinner orders, they gladly prepared a meal for me when I mentioned that I hadn’t eaten, which I really appreciated. The hotel is located right in front of the sea, offering a beautiful view, and everything was clean and comfortable. The mascot dog was also incredibly calm and adorable, making the stay even more memorable. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience

That’s it!) we stayed one night, received a room upgrade, comfy bed for a good sleep. Parking you can chose on the street if it’s free place there, it’s safe. I took a morning swim before breakfast , that was good. But the best part of being in this hotel for me was the breakfast!)) I was impressed, just go on an try, you can thank me later)

Amazing breakfast with wide variety of delicious foods. Big pool with very few people, direct access to the beach. Right in the city centre, close to all shops and restaurants.

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was OK. Great location. The breakfast was great and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean.

So many boxes ticked at this hotel. From the very friendly staff to the superb location right on the beach. Local bus stop to Cervia just up the road Breakfast was exceptional with hot and cold dishes and the option to have a freshly made coffee. This is possibly the best breakfast we’ve had in an Italian hotel. The hotel is spotless and yes the rooms are a little dated but this just added to the charm. The gardens are well maintained and we liked being able to walk just a few steps to the nearest Beach Club

The hotel was beautifully presented and in excellent condition. We had 3 rooms and all were a very good size with plenty of storage. The food in the restaurant was outstanding and we enjoyed every meal that we had. The staff were all amazing; kind, friendly and professional. We visited in low season and, although initially disappointed that the beach club was closed, the staff went out of their way (Adriana particularly) to make sure that we had the best time possible. The hotel was lovely and quiet and it felt like we had our own private resort at times! We look forward to visiting again next year during the summer!
