The hotel was great for my expectations. I was there travelling and was in the hotel just for a shower and to sleep. Although the hotel is not central less then 10 min walk there is a train station. I used it to go to central Rome (approx 40min each way)and back. Tickets can be bought from the bar on the way down, just opposite the station. Some signs will help to find the station.

Novotel was the best experience, federico the front desk manager was an angel to us. I booked wrong dates and he accomodated me allowed me free cancelation and was fast as lightening. My 2 daughters loved the bar and friendly staff here. There will be no other place in rome i will stay. Also got free parking for 4 days i stayed here. The room was perfectly cleaned. It was just magical

I spend 2 nights, and everything was great - everything was new in the room, decorations were good. Location was great as well - very close to metro station and you can quickly get to the centre. Also it’s only 20 mins to the CIA airport, which was perfect for my early flight. Also, wanted to write a special thanks to Giovanni - barista and waiter for my late night dinners. I felt truly welcomed thanks to him! breakfast was good as well. highly recommend this hotel.
