Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is perfectly clean. Hotel is located in peacefull area. Room is big and beds are very comfortable. Table in the room can be used for out of office work. Good wi-fi. My family enjoyed the stay and we will definately come back again.

They are awesome. The room is beautiful, the bed super comfortable, I could make my own coffee, didn't need to drag the bottles of water from shop. Breakfast is served in room, everything super clean, the owner is nice and kind, what else to say? Will try to rebook whenever going back to Modena.

Nicely designed room and kitchen. Normal size shower. Lovely space outside with a table and chairs. I also liked the pool with a waterfall. Convenient location for visiting Ferrari museum.
