The staff was so pleasant and took care of everything the moment I got out of the taxi. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience where you can forget about your life’s problems and not lift a finger for a while I would 100% recommend this location. Our room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Osaka. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and something I looked forward to every morning. I didn’t end up using the gym/spa but I took a look around and the staff was enthusiastic about showing me all of the amenities. I will definitely be back.

Perfect location within walking distance to everything. A good base to explore Osaka and the region. Large and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet is okay although I would have appreciated a greater selection of both Western and Japanese food.

Helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed & great location. Lawson & 7 eleven across the street, decent food options nearby, 5mins away from a station, 10mins away from Osaka station by taxi. Unlimited water bottles for your ease of retrieving them while heading out or back to your room at the lobby.
