Small hotel with a fantastic pool and next to the sea. Room was big and had a fantastic sea view. Beach in front is nice for a swim, no rocks. Acces directly from the hotel. Staff was really nice, breakfast and dinner were great. Last night the chef prepared a special dinner for us next to the sea with fresh fish and seafood. Wonderful experience. Totally recommended!

Fantastic location outside Hikkaduwa which means that it’s calm, silent and laid back. Lovely place, lovely staff and Nice to be there as a family due to the nice pool which is clean and cozy. Really helpful and friendly staff that makes your stay comfortable. Good homemade food. The place is better than it looks like in the pictures

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Niyagama House. We really enjoyed the Bliss Yoga package with Elka as well as the morning meditation. Elka is an excellent yoga teacher moulding her classes to suit the participants. After 4 days of yoga, swimming, wonderful food and accommodation we felt fantastic! The whole experience is highly recommended.

Cocobay Hotel : One Week January 2025 We had a wonderful stay in this fantastic place with its location with a quiet beach, a tropical environment all around, and a top hotel (in its comfort, its services, and especially by all the staff: the reception, the kitchens (excellent dishes), wonderfull room services, Wonderfull restaurant service (smile to Upul), Top managers (thanks dedicated to Buddhika). Without forgetting the precious massage from Vidula, who put my back back in place following a fall down while getting off a Bus :) The kindness, the smiles, the availability and the human exchanges that we were able to have with this Dream Team will remain engraved in our heart. This hotel is a pure sweet spot: a combination beautiful sandy beach with nice ocean view through palm trees, excellent and well-trained staff, huge variety of very tasty food, comfortable rooms and excellent management with focus on sustainability. We booked a room with breakfast and intended to dine outside, however upon our arrival a hotel manager Mr Fernando warmly welcomed us and recommended to try dinner buffet... And we did - the best experience (both breakfast and dinner) comparing 5 hotels in Sri-Lanka we visited during our 3 weeks vacation. Additional compliment to the way the hotel is managed - exceptional level of service, safety, sustainability and attention to the guests needs. I can't put in a review all the things we're positevely surprised with this hotel - it far exceeded our expectations, definitely recommend to stay here!

The villa is an architectural pearl. The owner and her team do everything to make you feel comfortable. If you expect sound-proof rooms, thick sink-in carpets or whiskey-tasting: this is definitely not your accommodation. If you can appreciate nice, home-made (organic) food, being part of local nature and culture, well-equipped rooms (fan, no a/c) this hide-away could enrich body, soul and positive feelings about Sri Lanka.

Adjacent to Unawatuna Beach, Sergent House is set in a boutique villa showcasing colonial architecture and originating in the 1800's.

Lovely villa. So relaxing and peaceful. Perfect for a weekend getaway to just relax. Breakfast was lovely. Spa is available and recommend the ayurvedic massage. Staff was so accommodative. Great weekend experience.

The service was exceptional. Sumi and the team went above and beyond to accomdate us. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again when returning to Unawatuna. Their hospitality extended to dropping us off and picking us up from beaches throughout the day, and a freshly made smoothie at the accommodation waiting for us when we returned.
