Everything was perfect and the staff were very kind and helpful. We got a voucher for 2 drinks in the restaurant and an upgrade, we stayed in the Elvis suite, very spacious room with mini bar and nespresso machine. The Hamman was fantastic, one of the best we had in Marocco. Due to the fact our flight was very late at night we had a late check out, because the Spa run late we had to ask for another extend of our stay. No problem at all. Car parking service. Highly recommended!

It was a very good stay at this hotel, since the beginning Hajar the guest relations took care of us, we were in 3 people going for work and taking care of all details, since the check in till the check out that we needed to make it a bit later than the allowed time. We would definitely come back and stay again. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable.

This hotel is located in central Casablanca. It offers air-conditioned guest rooms, each with an iPod docking station, free internet access, LCD satellite TV and a Nespresso machine.

I loved the friendly staff, the quirkily decorated rooms and the names of artists to replace room numbers. it was perfect, but to short a stay.

The staff were all lovely and very friendly.Umayma & others making us feel welcome right away. The location is convenient which is close to the tram station and situated midway between the city center and the airport, which made getting around very easy.
