During check-in the receptionist guy gave us executive level room with sea view even though I booked room with no sea view and we are so grateful for that. Hotel is in the great location, we got spacious room with terrace, comfortable bed, large bathroom. Room was very clean and one of the cleaning ladies was very friendly and nice. Breakfast was good with lots of food choices.

We stayed in the air-conditioned suite with a balcony. Two bedrooms, each of them has its own bathroom. We could not make use of the breakfast because of an early flight. The hotel prepared a lunch/breakfast bag for us with sandwich, drink, fruit. Kindly appreciated. Good location: walking distance from boulevard and sea. There is also a pool (and yes, there are towels near the pool although the sign says differently). Good value for money

A lovely hotel, we had an amazing view with a private balcony to sit out on, ideally looking at the sea. A short walk to the beach. Very clean room, good size. Nice swimming pools and delicious cocktails.

Really Good location. The person at the reception upgraded us to a one-bedroom property and the scenic Becici beach from the terrace is nice. Really worth the money I paid. Stefan our server for the breakfast was also very good. Loved everything. Would recommend everyone to stay here if you are in Budva!

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Butua Residence. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town and the beach, yet quiet enough to relax. The rooms were modern, spacious, and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice balcony view. The two ladies in the reception were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. Overall, it’s a great choice if you want to be close to the Old Town, restaurants, and the beach, while still enjoying a calm atmosphere.

Hotel Azimut is a 4-star superior hotel which views the Adriatic Sea. It is set close to the beach and offers an on-site restaurant, as well as a spa and wellness center.

BEST value for the money in Kotor! You’ll get: -the best location, both close to the beach as well as the old town -f****** breakfast included which is also delicious (coffee or tea + orange juice + Omelette or fried eggs or pancakes) -huge room with everything you might need (we got even a kitchen we didn’t use though) -friendly staff All that for a pretty cheap price 11/10 would book again!
