Great location for both city and park and only 10 mins walk to Sky City bus terminal (for airport and routes to south). Views from floor 26 were exceptional. Room very well laid out and no room service disturbances - you can replenish coffee, shampoo etc. from reception instead and staff were all very helpful. If you only want somewhere to sleep, there are plenty of similar alternatives nearby at lower prices. However, if you plan to spend time in the room, this is a good one.

Great value for money for such a spacious apartment and comfortable beds. We had small problems with WiFi in the beginning but the hotel's maintenance person was there in a heartbeat fixing the problems. The front desk staff were very competent and welcoming. We saw some negative reviews about lack of housekeeping, but for us this was never a problem. In fact for tidy people like us we liked not being disturbed as one of us was sick and stayed in the room the majority of our stay. Perfect to be able to park at a nearby garage (extra fee). This was a lovely bonus as we made a last minute booking. The smoke alarm is very good! Guests can feel very safe in this hotel

Breakfast was not included in our booking but there was a nearby good coffee shop. Shopping needs were just around the corner so is mobey exchange, starbucks, sky tower, church. Perfect place.

The hotel is very comfortable and quiet. Although it isn't new, it is well-maintained. There was an issue with the air conditioning, which couldn't be turned off, but the staff responded promptly by bringing a heater to our room immediately.
