Highlights of the stay: incredibly attentive and effective staff who went above and beyond to deliver on multiple requests (finding local barber, picking up lost bag at airport when airline failed, urgent post arrangement and many more). and of course the Spa, their 3.5 hours couples is the best I have had having travelled to may places. bug shout out and thank you to the most amazing team at Sala Mai Khao

Gorgeous property, beautiful rooms! Breakfast was one of the best we had in Thailand. Baby cot and baby amenities were great. Really enjoyed our stay and the front desk manager is such a wonderful woman.

Hotel close to the airport and also the beach. Rooms very comfortable, great breakfast and service. Great vibe outside the hotel on the beach front.

We had the pool villa. What a gorgeous place to stay. Right beside the fabulous beach. Short walk to the village with lots of restaurants, massages, chemist, supermarket. Can get a bike from the hotel to use too. Staff were lovely. Place was really clean. Had our own pool and garden. Was an amazing way to finish our month long holiday in beautiful Thailand.

My family had landed in Phuket with no accommodation sorted. Had messaged Perennial if possible for an airport pickup and they were very accommodating for last minute arrangements. The communication was excellent! The room, food, pool and service were amazing! Couldn't fault anything. Because my family arrived late in the evening, they took our food order even though restaurant had just closed. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.
