My Mom and I loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for splendid facilities, an exceptionally kind and professional staff, and perfect location during their stay in Hanoi. Breakfast was great, too, as was the laundry service. But what sets this place apart really is the team working here - they are truly efficient, warm, and help however they can. They helped book cabs for us making sure we paid the right amount, advised on when to go to the train street, offered the spa for us to wait until we had to leave for the airport...all in all truly wonderful people! Thank you all for having gone above and beyond to make our stay just perfect 🙏
