The hotel and its facilities are very good. Swimming pool and restaurant are charming and the service also good. But what left us in awe was the outstanding attention of Tram from the reception. I am lucky enough to travel a lot and I can easily say she is the best receptionist I have ever come across with. Her attention to every detail and need my family had, made our stay really 5 star worthy. That is true passion for hospitality right there. I cannot be thankful enough for pampering us and making our holidays full of happy moments. Cảm ơn Tram!!

A lovely Hotel not far from the Old town. The food was very nice. The breakfast had local and continental food. We had lunch og evening meal at the hotel a couple of times and it was really good. All the staff were very kind and very helpfull.The pool was clean and in nice surroundings. We can highly recommend this nice smallere hotel. We were really well looked after.

Staff were amazing always going the extra mile to help us have the best time in Hoi An. The hotel is very clean and comfortable the pool is excellent and the breakfast is one of the best I've had in my travels.

Paradise!!! We loved absolutely everything! Stunning, spacious villas. Huge private pool, stunning main pools. Gorgeous gym. loved the cold towels. So refreshing! Amazing butler service, Hannah just so beautiful, our six year old son loved her, he cried when we were saying goodbye, she was so kind and attentive. Such a treat having our washing all done. Such a relax in stunning facilities. Beautiful beach for water activities for children. Great proximity to beautiful history and visit to Hoy An, only 10 minutes away. We loved our bikes they provided, so organised, all there upon arrival to ride around the resort on.
