To our surprise, the house was even better than expected — it had 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The resort is set by a stunning lake, and there's a ferry that takes you directly to Hallstatt. Don’t miss this opportunity — the views on the way to Hallstatt are absolutely breathtaking. The staff were very helpful and supportive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Pension Bergfried is located in Hallstatt, 150 metres from the shore of Lake Hallstatt. It offers functionally furnished rooms, some with a balcony.

All rooms are equipped with a seating area and satellite TV. The rooms have a double bed with separate mattresses. The apartment was spotlessly clean and perfectly located in the city center, close to all the famous attractions. We didn’t need to use any public transport as everything was within walking distance. Highly recommended!

We loved staying at this hotel. It has the perfect location. It is very stylish, yet gives a rustic feeling. The room was large and the view divine! Lunch at the restaurant was excellent. Our waiter, Daniel, offered wine advice and his attention was professional and appreciated. The front desk staff were very informative and friendly. Breakfast was also exceptional. If you have the good fortune to be able to reserve a room at this hotel, it is the very best place to stay in Hallstatt.

Apartment Hotel Seerose offers rooms and apartments in Obertraun in the heart of the Salzkammergut Region, a 1-minute walk from the shore of Lake Hallstatt and only 3 km away from the UNESCO-listed town of Hallstatt. The room was perfect for me--would be a little snug for two people, but cozy. :) Location was fabulous, just a minute walk to the lake and an hour walk to Hallstatt. The bus apparently runs often, as well, but I came by car and wanted the exercise. Highly recommend.
