Pension Rudolfshöhe ligt op een rustige locatie in Sankt Wolfgang, op 5 minuten lopen van het centrum en de oever van het meer. Great accommodation, very clean, Florian the host was amazing and gave us his time when asking questions. With lots of good local information. Our room (third floor) had an amazing view. Certainly a great place to stay.

Hotel & Gasthof Fürberg ligt direct aan de oever van de Wolfgangsee, op 3,5 km (ongeveer 45 minuten wandelen) van het centrum van St. Gilgen. I liked everything! The location is amazing, secluded and calm but also has everything you need like food at the restaurant or 5 minutes away by car at any supermarket. I would definitely come again. Friends' groups, however, shall watch out for the showering situation 😂 it is more like a romantic getaway 😉 but I still had lots of fun with my friend there. Ah the Seilbahn is 5 minutes away aaand Hallstaat is about an hour, although I don't recommend leaving the heaven of this place and going to the touristic horror of Hallstaat.

Hotel Garni Anzengruber biedt uitzicht op het meer de Wolfgangsee en ligt op slechts 100 meter van de oever van dit meer. The hotel is beautifully and centrally located with a view over Wolfgangsee. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The host is very welcoming and gave us great suggestions for activities. We really liked the atmosphere at the hotel too — it felt very homely and personal, unlike big chain hotels. We also really enjoyed the private lakeside garden, which was a perfect spot for sunbathing and taking a refreshing dip in the lake.

Het superior 4-sterrenhotel Cortisen ligt aan een rustige baai, direct aan de oever van de Wolfgangsee, en is het eerste boetiekhotel in de regio Salzkammergut. Ook de WIFi is gratis. The hotel staff is super nice and friendly, he recommend us the activities and help us find a taxi during rainy season, made us enjoyed st Wolfgang more, would definitely recommend. Breakfast is also nice, and inner decoration is very artistic.

Het traditionele Hotel-Garni Schernthaner wordt door een familie beheerd en heeft een rustige en toch centrale ligging. View from room was lovely, bed comfy, shower good and strong, secure bike storage and breakfast good and plentiful. Great hotel to stay at.

Het Hotel Weisser Hirsch is een oase van rust in het hart van St. Wolfgang, direct aan de oevers van de Wolfgangsee. Het biedt een eigen toegang tot het meer en gratis WiFi. I really like the room with the view!

Strandhotel Margaretha ligt op 5 minuten lopen van het centrum van Sankt Wolfgang en heeft een eigen strand aan de oever van de Wolfgangsee. ⸻ We stayed for a week in August, a family of four with two children. Overall, the hotel is excellent – it’s in a perfect location and has a very nice private beach (including SUP boards and rowboats available for guests). Breakfast was good and varied, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Parking is not always available on-site, but it’s not a big issue unless it’s raining heavily, as the hotel provides free parking just a two-minute walk away. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant once – the food was tasty but relatively expensive compared to other restaurants in the area.
