Staff were attentive, friendly and informative. Beds were extremely comfy. Location isn't quite in the city, although there is a fee restaurants around. It's quite a walk to lake and city.

The furniture and wall colors were stylish. It was great that the fireplace in the lobby had a real fire. Since we didn't rent a car, it was convenient that the Questacon and Parliament House were within walking distance. You can also walk to the Floriade shuttle bus stop. When we rented bikes, they brought them to the hotel, so we could go cycling. We rode our bikes to the Mint.
