The views were good and the stay was excellent. The pool was nice since we couldn't swim at the beach for stingers. A cyclone and flooding near here had just occurred making the ocean water murky. The pool did get warm though which was disappointing in the hot temperatures. The convenience of restaurants within walking distance was a plus!

Cairns Queenslander Hotel & Apartments is within easy walking distance to Cairns Esplanade waterfront . Love the room and the setting. Welcoming staff who talked nicely and my next trip would be longer stay
