Great location and a stunning old building. The ceiling height is amazing. Lovely and warm throughout too, which is a bit of a novelty in old buildings like this.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation. Well appointed very comfy beds and luxury bedding Very quiet street with lovely old houses in a great location. Easy walk to main part of town. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This is a family run Boutique Hotel and the owners who also staff the Cock and Bull are wonderful people. They made us feel right at home. Location is also great as it's only a minute walk to the Echuca Port area. Great pool and Bar with guest seating looking out over the river. Recently renovated and modernised but with quality touches of the old to match the age of the main building. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, cheap, affordable, Got an upgrade to a king size room aswell and the lady was very clear on directions on where to local keys as we were late to arrive, was lovely and friendly to speak to

Very nice , well located place to stay . We loved the recliners in the spacious room . Bed was comfortable and though a little dated you could see the owners ( who were lovely ) were trying to modernise with different fittings . The little kitchenette was great and we appreciated having an affordable bottle of wine in the mini bar !! We ended up ordering pizza , drinking the wine and relaxing in the chairs !!

We were delighted to find ourselves at Adelphi for two nights midweek. The luxe decor added to the occasion of our short getaway. It was wonderfully private and the river outlook was serene and utterly therapeutic. Bed, bath and shower were first class. The apartment was cleverly designed and stylishly appointed. We walked everywhere.
