The personal touch to welcome the guests, the personalised service at breakfast, the tastful and detailed decor of the whole place to create a warm and elegant ambience, it reminds one of the time of Raffles hotel in Singapore. Breakfast was personally served by David, who was the chef and housekeeper, keeping the whole guesthouse (a heritage building) clean! Tim, the owner was just as welcoming, showing us the property and gardens. If you like a clean, quiet, and homely place, look no further. Even the garden grounds are very tastefully done up. There's also a cottage for families and the king bedroom, which are very tastefully decorated by Lucy, Tim's wife, who has a keen eye for details!

Bay Breeze offers accommodation in the centre of Batemans Bay. Some rooms have a private balcony with views of the Clyde River and Tollgate Islands. Wonderful property with a fantastic view!!

Bundanoon Lodge offers rooms with free breakfast and a flat-screen TV. Guests have access to a garden and a large outdoor terrace. There is free WiFi access in all areas. Set in the stunning location of the Southern Highlands, this property is a gem. Homely and welcoming with delightful grounds to enjoy. It’s no surprise that it’s highly rated. Ruth is an excellent host & prepares a delicious breakfast. Visiting Rosellas & Cockatoos were a bonus.

Lovely hosts in a custom B&B. We had a partial sea view from our room. Breakfast was excellent. A good range of restaurants available in town for our 3 night stay. Outstanding local walking, good birding, and excellent nature reserve on Montague Island. Highly recommended stay.

Featuring an outdoor saltwater swimming pool, Kiama Shores offers air-conditioned accommodation in the heart of Kiama. Free parking is provided. Love how easy it is to locate the motel and even though we arrived after 6 pm checking in was simple. Instructions were clear and easy yo follow. Staff were friendly. Love how quiet and peaceful the surrounding was in the evening. Located in a quaint little town with many cafes and bookstores. Love the ocean and only a short drive from the blowhole and the lighthouse.

Set alongside a private lake and manicured gardens, Lincoln Downs Resort Batemans Bay features Briars restaurant, a tennis court and a swimming pool. All rooms have free WiFi. The room was well appointed and we had enough room during our visit. It seems to be a popular location, and there were a large number of guests whilst we were there. There was an issue with the kettle, and the staff were more than happy to change it at short notice.
