Breakfast was personally served by David, who was the chef and housekeeper, keeping the whole guesthouse (a heritage building) clean! Tim, the owner was just as welcoming, showing us the property and gardens. If you like a clean, quiet, and homely place, look no further. Even the garden grounds are very tastefully done up. There's also a cottage for families and the king bedroom, which are very tastefully decorated by Lucy, Tim's wife, who has a keen eye for details!

We love everything at the lodge and keep returning annually for an event. The atmosphere, the garden, beautiful maintenance. The handheld shower addition in the Japanese room is very welcome too :)

Briars Country Lodge is located in Bowral, 6 minutes' drive from The International Cricket Hall of Fame and Bradman Oval. All rooms have a flat-screen TV with over 100 free cable channels. Loved it very much ..such a nice room with amazing view

Berida Hotel is set amongst established gardens just moments from the main street of Bowral. A lovely hotel - like staying in an English country house. Recently decorated very tastefully. We would definitely stay again. The restaurant dining was very good and we also loved the atmosphere in the whiskey bar

Beautiful old hotel packed with charm. Nice room (we had ensuite) and epic cooked breakfast next morning. Lovely lounge area to have a drink and chat with other guests. Staff were excellent.
