Very friendly and helpful staff. Whenever and whatever we asked them, they always responded with a smile and gave us the feeling of being welcomed. The room was fantastic and the breakfast very good. The hotel itself is located close to all main attractions, so it was very easy to visit the museums and monuments we were interested in. I can fully recommend this hotel.

I couldn't ask for better, everything in this apartment exceeded by our expectation! Eric greeted us when we arrive and he was just so lovely. We got the angel room and the decoration is just magical! To our surprise our room was a duplex with an extra kitchenette & terrace overlooking the Japanese garden. We took breakfast on the 2nd day prepared by Lydia and oh man, it had got to be most luxurious (yet home-y) breakfast I've ever eaten! I had a beautiful conversation too with her that make my stay even more meaningful. :) Thank you so much!

Calvin was very helpful and let us leave the bags before the check-in time. This place feels like home. Absolute taste and with soul. The beds and bedlinen were very confortable. The location is super nice facing a very charming square. We loved everything!
