Everything was great, and the stuff leveradged our stay with free room upgrade, free parking and offered a free late check-out. Good swimming pool and spa, good food, close to slope, ski-lift, kids playground (3 min walk) and Borovets center (5 min walk).

The pool and sauna were very nice! The restaurant offered a diverse selection of dishes. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was lovely when arriving with a rented car.
