Boasting 4 dining options and an outdoor swimming pool, Horizon Hotel is located in Kota Kinabalu. The property is a 5-minute walk to Gaya Street and offers elegant, air-conditioned guest rooms . Location perfect. Friendly and welcoming reception. Very clean, spacious and comfortable room with large windows, of which one small, high, window could be opened. The ocean side rooms have expansive views,and of the sunset too. Pool was large, and great to cool off and relax although there is only space for 2 loungers there are also chairs and tables by the bar. Breakfast was so varied there is something for everyone. Would stay again.

The staff are super friendly. They are always helping and smiling. I really like the way they treat theguest. Housekeeping is coming daily to clean the room. The pool is clean and towels are available. Breakfast is good And very clean place.

Situated amidst abundant greenery, Sepilok Nature Lodge - Formerly known as Sepilok Nature Resort is a haven for nature lovers. - Room was absolutely beautiful! Can’t remember seeing many / any photos of the inside when booking so was pleasantly surprised - Food at the restaurant delicious, couldn’t get enough of the breakfast rotis - 5 minute walk to the orangutan and sun bear centers which was ideal, the close proximity meant we were lucky enough to catch 4 sightings of orangutans on the property during our 3 night stay, including one mother and child on one of the walkways! Honestly an incredible experience and so much cooler seeing them from the comfort of a hammock than standing with the crowds at the orangutan center at feeding time All in all a perfect three days to round of our honeymoon in Borneo
