It is a quiet, nice place just outside rio, 5 min walk to the beach of Icarai, with many amazing restaurants! Ideal if you want to get out of rio, but still have the possibility to go sight seeing in the city. Its an amazing safe area, wich can be said about the city of Rio de Janeiro. I loved it here the hotel exceeded all expectations. Note: the pool is heated during the evening! I havent had any other hotel in brazil doing that so an extra bonus
