It was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Location perfect. The bed was very comfortable. We were surprised that it's not a 5 star hotel. We loved the breakfast. Since it was reserved, we were able to enjoy a peaceful breakfast and the food on the menu was delicious. We appreciated the snack time and 24h coffee/tea station.

Excellent staff who all went out of their ways to attend to all our requests and beyond. We were offered tea coffee and use of bathroom facilities on early arrival and again until 10pm when we had to wait for our 2am flight. The food at the restaurant was very good and the restaurant manager was courteous and super attentive which made the meal that much more enjoyable. We loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The hotel is centrally located but very quiet and cosy.
